We take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order products. Please note that all sales are final. Once an order has been placed and production has begun, no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted.

Exceptions — Manufacturing Defects

If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.

To qualify for a replacement, you must:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide a clear description and photo(s) of the defect.
  • Return the item in its original condition and packaging, if requested.

Defects caused by misuse, improper care, modifications, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the customized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than manufacturing defects. This includes changes of mind, incorrect selections, or minor variations in color, size, or design that can occur during custom production.
